Keith Broyles

SVP, Head of Asset-Based Lending

Keith brings 30+ years of deep experience in asset-based lending from a variety of financial institutions to Salem Five. He has created several asset-based lending teams at Massachusetts banks during his career, with a long history of sourcing, structuring, underwriting, closing and managing ABL relationships. He has successfully closed more than $1.6 billion of asset-based loans during his career. Keith makes it a point to earn the confidence of business owners who are in need of creative lending solutions and crafts smart borrowing programs tailored to a company’s unique needs. At Salem Five, he leads a new asset-based lending capability and will be supporting area businesses who have borrowing needs for growth, recapitalization, working capital or an acquisition, merger or buyout.

Keith is locally raised, locally educated and locally known in the commercial banking market. He believes in community: he is 14-year rider with the Pan Mass Challenge and a regular donator of platelets at the Kraft Family Blood Center at Brigham & Women’s Hospital. In addition, he is a past-president of Mansfield Youth Soccer and has used his financial expertise to work “pro bono” for numerous family-owned companies to improve their operations and financial well-being. Keith enjoys spending his time with his wife, Sandra, as well as being on Cape Cod, on his bike, on the golf course and with his two rescue labrador retrievers.
